These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HYDDN website and the content-production services offered through it. HYDDN is a brand operated and managed by My Furniture Story ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

HYDDN provides done-for-you short-form video ("reel") production for interior designers, architects, furniture brands and related businesses. You supply source material and we produce edited, post-ready video content based on it. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed individually with each client before any engagement begins.

2. Applications & Selection

Requesting access through this website is an expression of interest, not a binding contract. We work with a limited number of studios at a time and select clients at our discretion. A working relationship begins only once both parties confirm scope and terms in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You confirm that you own, or have the rights to use, all material you provide to us.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
• You agree not to provide content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you are not authorised to share.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

The source material you provide remains yours. Upon full payment for an engagement, the final video deliverables we produce from your material are yours to use and publish. HYDDN retains the right to display non-confidential samples of work produced as part of our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payments

Fees, billing cycle and payment terms are agreed individually and stated in your engagement summary or invoice. Invoices are raised by My Furniture Story. Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged as per Indian law.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We produce high-quality content designed to perform, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, engagement, reach or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date shown above.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
